Our team of artists works as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 2-5 days.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time – send us a message and we’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
Please contact us for a revision, if that doesn’t meet your needs, we cannot offer refunds.
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions and provide revision options per order basis. Because our portraits are custom, personalized, and made to order, our shop does not have a refund policy set in place.

Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your portrait, it’s yours to do whatever you want with. Once your merchandise is shipped you will be sent a Digital Copy of the portrait which you can use anywhere you want.
The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us.
The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues. We recommend our customers to send at least 4-5 images.
You will get the Digital Copy with 300 DPI. Though size of the merchandise depends on the variation of the order you have placed.
