Specifications
- We require all photos to be clear enough so that our artists can zoom in on the finer details of the face, particularly the eyes, nose, and mouth. Try to capture a great angle to fit with your Hero design.
- The Minimum size of photo 800 X 800 – 150 dpi (dots per inch) – 700KB would be recommended.
- The file format of TIFF is usually best for us, but we can also use high-quality JPEG or JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF file photos.
- X Avoid covering your face with hair or accessories
- X Avoid bad lighting
- X Avoid blurry images
- Please make sure your photo is correct. We review all photos that are sent in and will contact you if there is an issue with your order.
Process
- Place your order and send your images at Shop@Toonanimated.com with your order number.
- We recommend you to provide at least 3-4 images
- Provide any extra details that you want on your Toon.
- Our artists will examine your photograph and let you know if the instructed changes can be incorporated.
- Your order is digitally hand-painted and shipped at your address
PRODUCT DETAILS

- Artwork will be sent for approval before finalizing.
- Softcopy: It takes 1 to 2 working days to complete the artwork
- Delivery: Softcopy will be sent through Email in High-Quality JPEG or PNG format for approval.
- Merchandise: It takes 2 to 3 working days for the Artwork to get ready after approval from the customer.
- After the Artwork production is done Final, the Product will be packed with all safety measures and shipped to the address provided.
