3. Order Placement & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • Order details and photo uploads are received

After confirmation, the design process begins immediately. Any changes requested after this stage may not be possible.

4. Photo Upload & Customer Responsibility

By uploading a photo, the customer confirms that:

  • The photo belongs to them or they have legal permission to use it

  • The photo does not violate any third-party rights, copyrights, or privacy laws

ToonAnimated is not responsible for poor design outcomes resulting from:

  • Low-quality or blurred photos

  • Incomplete or unclear facial visibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring photo quality at the time of upload.

5. Design & Artistic Disclaimer

Illustration is an artistic process. While our artists strive to maintain facial resemblance and character accuracy:

  • Exact photo replicas are not guaranteed

  • Minor variations in color, detailing, or style may occur

These variations are part of the creative process and do not qualify as defects.

6. Revisions Policy

Basic revisions may be offered depending on the product and design stage.
However:

  • Major redesigns or character changes are not included

  • Revision requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the original order

The final decision regarding revisions rests with ToonAnimated.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Full payment must be made before the order is processed

ToonAnimated reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is 6–7 working days, including design, printing, and shipping

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

ToonAnimated is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but will assist customers in tracking their orders.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, illustrations, website content, and graphics are the intellectual property of ToonAnimated.
